libgpgme11 software package provides GPGME - GnuPG Made Easy (library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgpgme11
libgpgme11 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgpgme11 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgpgme11 *
You will get with libgpgme11 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
